The second i think is more close vs a recreational don't knowing what he is calling i would probably fold, he most likely call wide, probably not that wide but i would prefer suited to get a little bit of equity

I don't see a post-flop hand with 95o, but in both situations the BB are tight players a any 2 shove is fine.

On the First Example, You dont really have much Fold Equity, Villain prob calls wider in that spot usually, but I think its still +EV due to your stack being so short.

Example 2, its also a +EV shove , i think, but to be fair on that scenario depending on table dynamics i might not make that push

1st hand is close, like DSharkP said, no folding equity vs chipleader whatsoever.
Big Blind just went passed you, so you could fold and give yourself 3 more chances (3 more hands) to hit a little better hand, like any Q or any suited J maybe, I dunno

2nd hand i fold, 8bbs is too much to shove 95o for me
