2 players fold, CO raises to $0.15, 2 players fold, Hero calls $0.10

Hero checks, CO bets $0.22, Hero calls $0.22

Turn: ($0.76) 8 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $0.55, Hero calls $0.55

River: ($1.86) 6 (2 players)
Hero checks, CO bets $1.55,

Here I was trying to keep pot low by calling only. I'm pretty faced up playing like that. I could consider X,r here against button. There are some draws I could represent.
River bet is bigger than others.
Is there another way to play that? Again no reads about villain.

More or less impossible to fold river as you are supposed to be quite high in your range (depending a little on what you 3bet pre and what you raise turn of course) and you need only to win 1 times out of 3 to break it even.
No use raising before the river.

You have only a bluff catcher on every street. I don't think you can play it differently without any reads on him except folding the river. He need to have some kind of bluff range to make a call profitable.
