Hey Guys,

So i was reviewing couple sessions and some questions got into my head.
Thanks in advance for any help

Do you Iso here ? or do you limp behind ? Whats your range for Isolating here ?

Do you open this with 26BB here ? Opinions and ranges?

Villain limped a lot, so i decided to apply pressure, however in this cases, do you tend to Just Raise with a specific range like QQ+/AK ? and Push another range like 22+ , Suited Cons, Axs+ / S.Broadways ?

Last question is about BB Defending, When do you start defending your BB and with What range ?
In this case i started thinking about it , I ended up folding, but Reviewing i m not sure that was the best play, I considered a Stop n Go, or a Push Over him, since his position is the first to act ( i ll give him more credit ) however the fact that he wasnt really tight and was cheap leader made me think about what ranges to Defend BB just by calling Usually a 2x raise Vs Ranges to Push Over Him

Try to post 1 hand in 1 thread. That makes it easier to discuss about it.
First hand seems like a standard 3,5-4bb isolation raise with KQ against a fish in position.
2nd hand I would open JTs with some tight players behind you.
3th hand I would raise 2,5bb in position against the SB limper and Cbet most flops against a loose passive fish.
4th hand is a push/fold spot and against a 3bb open from UTG iss K9s a fold against most players withut to much fold equity here.

Cheers,

Thanks a lot SDK,

Yeah, I just had a lot of spots so I kind of categorized them

KQo spot I would isolate with Axs, A8o+, KTo+, K9s+, QJo, QTs+, JTs and probably all pockets. Some smaller suited connectors or smallest pockets can be ok to limp behind but mostly I would iso raise from CO with most of my range.

JTs is bit tricky with some short stacks behind. Open is still ok but you have to call versus SB because of pot odds.

AJo I would often raise to 3bb and call shove. These BvB spots are very villain dependent. Some people will limp-fold like 80+% of time and might not have any limp-shove range. Versus these we can go absurdly wide with small raise. Versus more balanced opponent we want to have polarized raising range from hands we can raise-call and ones we can "happily" raise-fold. E.g. you dont want to raise QTs small, face shove and wonder if call is ok or not. Obviously shoving some hands like weak Ax, good broadways or smallish pockets will most of time be +EV anyway.

Last hand I would call versus 2.5bb raise but I think versus 3bb we start to invest too much to call with K9s. Even versus 3bb I would probably peal flop with some QJs type of hands.
