It's supposed to be one of the few turn cards you should automatically 2 barrel when you've decided to cbet on that flop.
One case could also be made for a turn check/raise here I suppose but whatever, check/calling isn't awful even if it's the line I'd be the least likely to take in game.
I don't really like your small river donk but I wouldn't donk to fold after. (But then again, I wouldn't donk at all, duh.)

Ye when your hand picks up more equity on the turn you should probably be betting again.
