Hi every one

The buddy is a 53/0 60hands

Poker Stars, $0.01/$0.02 No Limit Hold'em Cash, 6 Players
Poker Tools Powered By Holdem Manager - The Ultimate Poker Software Suite.

SB: $2.07 (103.5 bb)
BB: $2.15 (107.5 bb)
UTG: $2.28 (114 bb)
MP: $0.75 (37.5 bb)
Hero (CO): $2.45 (122.5 bb)
BTN: $2.50 (125 bb)

Preflop: Hero is CO with Q♥: A♥:
UTG calls $0.02, MP folds, Hero raises to $0.10, 3 folds, UTG calls $0.08

Flop: ($0.23) T♦: A♣: 4♦: (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $0.17, UTG calls $0.17

Turn: ($0.57) 6♣: (2 players)
UTG checks, Hero bets $0.41, UTG calls $0.41

River: ($1.39) J♣: (2 players)
UTG bets $1.60, Hero calls $1.60

I need to win like 1 of 3 times to make the call profitable, i think that maybe he can make it with busted draws? a dummy pp? but may and maybe he is playing something like A4, 46, 4J or TJ ? (the back door i think is very small chanses)

Results:

Spoiler

$4.59 pot ($0.16 rake)
Final Board: T♦: A♣: 4♦: 6♣: J♣:
UTG showed 6♦: J♦: and won $4.43 ($2.15 net)
Hero showed Q♥: A♥: and lost (-$2.28 net)

Gratings!

I know it's NL2 but maybe you're betting a little too big on the flop lol, well whatever.
That board is awful, he shouldn't turn a lot of busted draws into a bluff here, and you are behind so many value hands, just let it go river.

You block the straight with your Q.
This guys are absolute donks, so it's extremely difficult so assign him a range of hands.
I know you have top pair and block draws, but just let this hand go.
This are the type of hands that will make the difference between having a decent winrate and having a excellent winrate.

This guy is so, so passive preflop, that I'm having a hard time to think of anything he would donk bet this big on the river with anything your TP beats very often. I think that if you have a set or two pair there, it could be a spot in which we could use equilab, assing villain a range and think about the hand. But with TPGK that's a super easy fold.

Its reallly hard to fold because this kind of special players offten "valuebet" with 55 or A2 there. And they never ever fold a flushdraw(or any draw) before they see river.

I see this kind of players every day in spins, huge river donk is part of the strategy if they miss.

NL2 and spins aren't that alike you know. And every spot is different, on that river we have better hands to bluffcatch and no he won't bluff like crazy, come on, be real.
