deep into day 1, I opened AJo 3.5x (60bbs) UG+1, 3 callers....flop: Jc9c5h, big blind shoves Ac5c for 25BBs,,,,i folded, UG+2 called w KJo.
Not sure if I folded correctly here , any thoughts?

Not sure why you have posted this in the poker tools section, but I have moved your hand to our tournament hand discussion forum.
I'm not sure what kind of tournament this is, but most of the time a open of 2,5 or 3bb is big enough or this is a fishy tournament. The shove of the bb makes no sense, but without any reads it's tough to give him credit for a big hand and especially if this is a weak tournament he can easy shove with worse and I would go for it.
