Should i fold the second nuts, of course most of player NL5 when push always had the nuts, but i had got J, really hard to fold. Maybe i must to call the turn? Or this was fine?

Flop bet is not going to make everyone fold. It's a multiway pot and you have a big draw.
By betting here you're turning your hand into a bluff. It's good if you hit, bad if you don't.
Betting is ok, but I'm checking most of the times.
Can't EVER fold this hand OTT. You have a straight and a flushdraw and block JX hands. Your hand is a complete monster.

I would always stack off the turn. Even in the worst case scenario you have still enough outs for the flush and he could have some sets in his range as well.

Indeed and if you post a comment like this it's also good to know why you would fold pre-flop.
