Hand converted with online PokerStrategy hand converter:

$0.5/$1 Fixed-Limit Hold'em (6 handed)

Preflop: Hero is MP2 with Q:s, A:s.
Hero raises, MP3 calls, 2 folds, SB 3-Bets, BB folds, Hero caps, MP3 calls, SB calls.

Flop: (13.00 SB) 4:c, T:s, Q:c (3 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, MP3 calls, SB 3-Bets, Hero calls, MP3 calls.

Turn: (11.00 BB) A:c (3 players)
SB bets, Hero raises, MP3 folds, SB calls.

River: (15.00 BB) 4:s (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, SB raises, Hero calls.

Final Pot: 19.00 BB.

SB is a TAG. Is that raise on turn ok, or maybe it is an overplay?

If he's good TAG, it's very close because you're ahead only against KK now. I guess it's OK, because he will be scared of flush with set now so won't 3bet you often.

It's easy fold on river against reasonable player, because it's full house 95%+ of the time and I don't believe 18:1 is enough here...
Call vs. fish/maniac/unknown but not against good TAG.

In fact, I think about raising scare turn and taking free SD is not so bad option here.

Hi 1MrPiter,

I agree about the postflop with opal99. The river improved him too often and he will almost never bluff here.

Preflop is close already. I don't cap that as default as his 3-bet is pretty strong. With MP3 coldcalling it gets close but you are still very often dominated by AK or QQ+.
