No response on why my account was deactivated

I have send multiple emails to support over why my account was deactivated so I have created this account so I can post and maybe get some kind of response... In my PartyPoker account I have a $49 bonus waiting but I have no funds in my account to actually play with.

I have passed the quiz on my other account that was deactivated named Kidpokerskid I also created an account on PP. No response from Pokerstrategy and no reason why they did not even ask for an ID check... I seem to think it has to do with my brother having an account here and us using the same address but he says he posted and got a response from someone saying that it is okay...so why are you guys giving me the run around.

PS.. i hope creating this 2nd account doesnt break some sort of rules (i had to in order to post) also should I try the quiz again and re-enter my information and see what happens?

Hello casinokid,

Your account was indeed closed due to our support suspecting multiple accounts and therefore denying your starting capital out of "security reasons".

Since they have their reasons, which I cannot go into details about, there is sadly little I can do about it. The only thing I could do is ask them to re-open your old account and close this one. But you wouldn't be able to receive the starting capital on it - only use first deposit offers.

The wierd thing is that they never even asked my brother for any sort of ID check.. if he was to send in his ID would he be eligible for the starting capital?

Hey PidKoker,

As I said the most I could probably do for your brother is get one of his account activated. There are certain security issues which can result in accounts being flagged and not even being considered for an ID check. Your brother's account was involved in such a case.

As such I fear he won't be able to receive starting capital.

Well would you be able to do what you had said, and make it so he is eligible for a deposit bonus because he has already created an account at PartyPoker and it has the other bonus code right now (the one for starting capital, unless they are teh same for PP). It would be a waste if he wasn't able to be tracked for SPs.

He should be able to log into his "KidPokersKid" account again now. I'm sorry about all of the hassle around it :/
