Hi,

this hand is from 11$ tournament. Not sure if I didn't spew that up. Not so standard 3-bet preflop, but I sometimes do it with KQo or KQs (would say it is my bottom range and I do it just sometimes). I think I hit the super good flop with that kind of hand, I bet standard sizing I think. I could check with it as well, but I think bet is better in that spot (I sometimes bet with almost nothing as 3-bet aggressor, so feels nice to have so strong draw). Turn is rather blank, I decided to bet again. Now as I see it, it might be better to check in this kind of spots - if it comes, great we can take some value on the river and if not, we just let it go or bluff occasionally. After my bet on turn, I get 3-bet all-in. Kind of tough decision for me. But I have to call only 38 blinds to 138 which means I need 27% which is kind of close I think - I don't love the call but did it. Maybe fold is better, but I felt its close and even if its close I guess its better just go for it and try to take big pot.

I tried it also in equilab with that range: JJ-TT,77,AdAc,AhAc,AsAc,QdQc,QhQc,AJs,KJs,JTs,AJo,AcKd,AcKh,AcKs,AdQc,AhQc,AsQc,AcQd,AcQh,AcQs,KdQc,KhQc,KsQc

And against that range it looks, I have 32.88% which seems ok - and I don't count "bluffs" and some crazy things.

So what do you think? Would you call?

Against a unknown I would just call pre-flop in position. As played I would bet with the flush draw as well, but the turn it will be tricky. I doubt he will fold to often on a blank card and if he shoves you need to fold and is checking better I think.

Ok thanks for answer. So you dont 3-bet KQ much, just lets say against weaker players who have big Fold to 3-bet stat?

Don't forget he's opening from early position and than he has most of the time a tight range.
If he folds a lot on 3bets it would be a good spot indeed, but against a unknown we don't know this.
