Preflop raise is littlebit to small, he gets exxelent odds to call ip with any2. Flop cbet i would bet 2/3 pot, turn gives as flushdraw, aces are good and 5 for stright, i would continue to bet, 40% pot would be okey.

3x for 21bb effective seems fine to me pre-flop, but on the flop you can bet a little bit more like 4bb.
Than you have effective a pot size bet left. With the flush draw you can shove the turn.
Now you end up with a tough decision on the turn with 15bb effective behind and is a 40% pot bet already so much that you are committed if he shoves.

Than you have less outs to win the hand and against a weaker player I would check back.

Preflop you can check, shove or raise small. My default size would be to 3.5bb pre. Small Ax are not my favourites for small raise as postflop playability pretty much suck. So A6o would be check or shove for me. Suited does give bit more playability and that opens small raise as an option also.

Flop cbet is ok though check has good sides also. In turn shoving would be nice with combo draw and A being out very often also. As played... Fold is worst option as we need 25% equity and most of time we have 9 from flush draw, 3 from straight draw and 3 from top pair so 15 outs give us bit over 30% equity. Not counting that we might have best hand also. So I would personally check-shove because there is chance he was floating with air on flop that he maybe folds, he might have weaker draw and by shove we don't end up folding best hand on river ever.
