Is this a right fold on the river? His bet sizing seems quite weak but I think he has more better hands than me.

I think this is a spot you can shove pre-flop or the orginal limper never limps before and some info of him would be nice. As played I would just bet the flop multi way and go from there. Now you are in a spot you need to call with top pair and if he would raise the flop you have most of the time a easy fold.
