Would you FOLD or CALL here?!

I played this hand with 100 BB effective stacks in a cashgame, and I'm not sure about what to do here on the river.
I open from the Hijack with AcAd to 3BB.
Villain is a decent reg.
Villain on the button calls and the action folds to the big blind, who folds as well.

The flop comes:

9c 7c 3h

I C-Bet around 64% and Villain calls.

The turn is the Kc

I check to Villain, since this card is better for his range, than it is for mine.
Villain bets around half pot, and I call.

The river is the 8d, and this is what the boards looks like:

9c 7c 3h Kc 8d.

I check to Villain and he pots the river.

What do I do here?

I am at the top of my range here, and having the ace of clubs, makes this hand even better to call from a card-removal standpoint.
However, what bluffs does Villain have here on the river? Some questionable suited 86? This board absolutely smashes his range!

After thinking for a while, I called, because if I fold aces here with the Ac, I'm easily exploitable.

Even though I shouldn't tell what Villain had, to remove the outcome-bias, I'm gonna say it for the curious people:

He showed Jc10c

I have moved your hand to our hand discussion forum and removed the dublicated threads. Here fits it better I think.

I guess this is a hand you have played live against him, because this isn't a good hand history for online.
Most of the time I would still bet the turn as semi bluff and thin value against a decent player. He doesn't have the nut flush and the A♣: it's less likely he has a flush as well

As played I would most likely fold the river on his pot size bet. I doubt he would bet that big as bluff or you have decent reads on him.

Cheers,

Thanks for your opinion. I also think betting on the turn definitely has merit.

I would reraise OTT and check OTF, if he called and a fold OTR if facing a huge raise

Don't you think 3-betting on the flop is a bit too ambitious?
You are almost never getting called by worse, and the draws that call have a bunch of equity against you.
