Hello ,could smne help me to import my stars audit tourney history to PT4 ,step by step please? getting some difficoulties here

If that audit file is in a .cvs format then you can import it into PokerTracker 4 using 'Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk'.

well that's what I did , and nothing happens...
am sure its .cvs cuz I read the instuctions first , then I go on get hands from disk then I open the file, then it says it may take a while depending how big is the file and nothing happens
ave tried both the unzipped and the compressed one too..nothing:f_confused:
someone... oppenions ?What am I possibly doing wrong ?It must be something but I just cant figure it out 
Do you have the hand histories for these tournaments already imported? If you don't have any hands for these tournaments in your database you will have to request those as well because the audit file doesn't contain individual hands.
