[Closed] 45handed Turbo SNGs

well I almost bust my entire roll in this without proper ICM knowledge (quite some time ago), I think they should be a huge source of income since you can put in a ton of volume.

100 bi seems fine to me for BRM and 28 non cashout streaks I guess is kind of big, I've read that 50 buyins in the 180s turbos are not unlikely so ~30 could be possible for the 45s. I'm thinking 100 for this and 150 for the 180s turbo should be enough.

after selling 7 million playmoney chips for $70 three years ago I built my bankroll by playing the 27 & 45 man games and they are a great way to learn MTT

when playing the 27/45 man games look to cash about 1 in 3 or 4 games and ROI is about 50% on the 45 man ones & final table on the 45 man tends to be a lot easier than the 27 man ones

there is some good strategy guides on these on the net as well as the 180 man ones & worth checking them up , know PS dont seem to have any good strategy guides for MTT but there is a few video's

personaly dont like to turbo ones because the players play lotto so much more in them and good players dont have so much of edge against them

I did better today, but I did call some AT where I was dominated :(( (both time by AJ). (with other 8 9 12 12 15 15 where most of them were very very close to the money... but... some mistakes, and some suckouts).

But overally, today ROI of 20%, with 1, 7, 7 (45 handed) and 12 place (on Turbo $2, lost there QQ vs KJs).

Hmm... so I still will need to work on them...

But today's reading of Kill Everybody helped

Still I will be mostly grinding $10 DoNs (18 tabling, 12% ROI) or FL on Party for clearing bonus and get $$ from gladiator promotion next month...

I play 45s most of the time. have yet to have something like a 28 buy in losing streak. I agree with curnow for the most part. Cashing in 1 / 4 sounds right. Main thing is to play for first place not for cashing. If you play for first you can maintain around a 40+ ROI. I disagree about the turbos. They turn into lotto at the end but if you are the one pushing you will profit from this. Most players play these way to tight.

Edit: Just checked my OPR, seems that I am currently on a 17ish game losing streak so i assume 28 is possible. But ide say the most commons are around 10-12 streaks

I am not sure if players are to tight for calling... I have oposite feeling... yeaster day I pushed (as biggest stack) the second bigest one, we were both around M 9 or so... with pocket sixes from SB and I was called by KJs..

eventhough the KJs is TOP 10% hand, still he was behind every Ax, pocket pair... in my opinion terrible call... on idea about bubble dynamics :(.

Ok, I swiched down for a while to $3 45handed SNGs... so far 31 pieces (I know not much), but

ITM 22.6%, and ROI 31%... so I assume that the $6 was just bad luck and may be some leaks that I filled before moving down...

Anyway I registred to SngIcons, so let's see if videos there will help... guys have rating like 99.98% of all players on internet ;)).
