Another hand with KK... 4bet too small? SB is unknown.
I don't know why but this check OTF from him looks like slowplay to me. The turn confirms that imo.

you did the 4bet (your sizing is on the large side, by the way). why are you expecting him to lead the flop?
that said, you're right that Q on the flop isn't great. villain's range sb vs utg should be pretty narrow to begin with, and then he also finds a call against the 27 BB 4bet (which should rule out hands like AQ).
against a "good player" for the stakes it's quite likely that you don't beat anything, but i'm not giving that much credit to randoms.
