Since I really feel this improves my game, two more hands ;)
Thanks for any help.

Party Poker 0.10/0.20 Hold'em (10 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Preflop: Hero is BB with 9, 5.
1 fold, UTG+1 calls, 4 folds, CO calls, 1 fold, SB completes, Hero checks.

Flop: (4 SB) 5, J, 8 (4 players)
SB checks, Hero bets, UTG+1 calls, CO calls, SB calls.

Turn: (4 BB) 3 (4 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, UTG+1 checks, CO checks.

River: (4 BB) A (4 players)
SB bets, Hero folds, UTG+1 calls, CO folds.

Final Pot: 6 BB

This happens soo often. I hit a low pair with a bad kicker card and am afraid to play against more than 2 ppl, so after betting the turn and being called, I start checking and lose. Should I bet the turn? Or is that way to risky for such a bad hand.

Flop: (8.50 SB) 8, Q, 3 (2 players)
UTG+2 checks, Hero bets, UTG+2 calls.

Turn: (5.25 BB) A (2 players)
UTG+2 checks, Hero bets, UTG+2 calls.

River: (7.25 BB) T (2 players)

Final Pot: 11.25 BB

The uncommon thing is the preflop, c/r. These guys on this limit usually don't even use it, when it should be used, this guy completely baffled me by his preflop c/r.
Should I reraise a pre-flop c/r, limp-raise with these cards or was a call okay?
Does the river-bet work or should I be concerned about Mr.Checkraise?

1.) i wouldnt usually bet this into 4 ppl, and would i bet into 3 with any hand. If flop is check through i would bet turn.

2.) Dont bother capping KQo, i might cap AQs or maybe even KQs vs player i have read on.
i would check river, theres Ace up and possible flush and streight so pretty much everything that would usual player chase.

Hello Da_Dave

1) c/f flop

2) c/b Turn - Most 3betting Hands contain an A if not they often have a Pocket Pair. So if you bet the Turn you get raised by an A and a lot of PP will fold.
So check behind Turn and call any river bet or bet if its checked to you.

Btw: Could you have a short look at the new Posting Guidelines (sticky thread) At the moment this is of course not that important but when the traffic will start its good to have a precise description.

Kind regards,
Stefan

1) c/f flop

if you bet the turn and the river you have to fold against a raise ... the river call is awful :)
