fold, fold, MP calls 1 BB, fold, fold, Hero raises to 5 BB, BTN calls 5 BB, fold, BB calls 4 BB, fold

Flop: (16.5 BB, 3 players) 9♥ 7♠ 2♠
BB checks, Hero bets 10.5 BB, BTN calls 10.5 BB, fold

Turn: (37.5 BB, 2 players) A♠
Thoughts/questions:

Spoiler

from this point forward vs unknown, I don't know how to play this hand, OOP, in a way of keeping worst villain hands in and best hands out.
If I cbet this flop, I think anything except a complete flush or something like AXs or KsY, is going to continue.
Should I cbet/call OTT based on odds and cbet/fold river unimproved?
Or check/call turn, trying to induce bluffs?

Hero checks, BTN bets 18 BB, Hero calls 18 BB

River: (73.5 BB, 2 players) 3♣
Thoughts:

Spoiler

as played, I guess it was an easy call OTR, rather than fold.

Hero checks, BTN bets 35.5 BB, fold

BTN wins 71 BB

Very interesting spot. I still have some doubts myself to play this spots. Playing this OOP is so difficult to me.
I don't know if A high without a spade calls that 2/3 bet OTF even IP. If he happens to call it with, I think any decent A is going to continue OTT with position. Once you squeezed pre and BTN called, I think you can expect him to have some Ax's in his range. Probably not the best aces, but some decents ones.
You have a flushdraw yourself OTT. I think a check-call OTT allows you to donk "bluff" the river in some spots maybe. It would look like something between a bluff and a slowplay to me.
Bet OTT and evaluate OTR may be an option as well. I'm a bit lost here.

It's nitty full ring but it's also spazzy NL2 so I don't know a thing about this game. Flip a coin on the river.

I would just bet/fold the turn for value against a unknown and otherwise you are prized in to call the river with 2nd set and you lose only against a flush.

SDK1987, bet fold/turn and bet/fold river unimproved, if villain only call OTT?
