Flop is dry enough to try to steal the pot and I'm blocking some hands. What about the size?
Is this a good spot to bet after my flop cbet? I have a double gutter (with a 7 or a J) OTT and position, so pot control is fine? I can maybe steal the pot OTR after a check.
Villain is completely unknown.

Not a standard open. You must really know what you are doing and having the right table (blinds fishy, BU not 3betting enough etc) to play that from CO and even then it might not be worth the trouble.
Flop size ok. That turn card should be barreled though as you're gaining robust equity and still can make villain fold something.
Yep, flop is way too loose. If you are to cbet this OTF, you gotta make it small (1/3 or 1/4), but I would really recommend checking. The reason is that you come to the flop with ultra wide range (you opened T8o, so now you have to "pay" for it). And wider your range is (than it "should" be) less aggressive you should play. As played I agree, that Q should be barreled (overbet prbly).
