J7's is more than fine to open from SB. Pre is fine.
I think the flop board is not the best to cbet OOP. We have some blockers, but still. Check-call with my gutshot and backdoor flush is fine?

River I get there. Bet 1/3 to try to induce a bluff from some JX QX that missed it.

Good flop to cbet or eventually check/raise. I think check/calling is the worst in fact but it's not bad per se.
