On the flop I feel f...ed. I briefly considered cbetting really small.
As played I do not see how I can call the turn here.

Just surrender the hand postflop, you have so many better hands to defend.
As for preflop, you most certainly should have some combos of QQ-AA in your calling range.
Certainly not lol, or just QQ but not KK+. And 3bet from SB aren't that strong, even against UTG.
Betting 1/4 on the flop with the intention to check back on any (not J) turn should be a better plan here, allowing you to see all the board cheaply.
You really do not want to be capped when you call 3bet in UTG as it is super easy for people to play versus capped ranged postflop.
You really wanna 4bet KK+ and really aren't that much capped on most textures just because you don't have those combos.
And of course really don't care about being capped at micros anyway etc.
It is really doubtful whether a 4bet has higher EV than call because UTG 4betting vs SB is just too strong. I mean, who would like to play OOP in 4bet pot vs the strongest range in the game. Calling wider keeps ranges open and in my opinion has higher EV in most cases. If you are playing extremely loose passive players or maniacs, by all means, 4bet for value and call it a day but versus decent players (and there are decent players at micros) you should probably have a mixed strategy with your monster hands in this spot.
If you 4bet small they should call with a pretty wide range. If not, it's their loss. And that's the point. If you don't 4bet enough you don't deny equity enough and denying equity is how you win versus decent opponents. You talk a lot about EV but you are allowing villain to realize his. I don't know about you but personally I'd be quite happy to 3bet a lot from SB and nearly always see a flop lol.
I am just saying that you do not need all your monster hands in your 4bet range. If you insist on having a calling range UTG vs SB you should include at least some combos of premium hands in it so you can play postflop adequately.
By calling preflop you are not making it so he is realizing his EV, as long as you have a decent postflop game, you should find the spots to deny equity and etc.
Several years ago I'd have agreed with you, it was really a trend back then. But we realized that no, it's not really needed to flat OP to play a decent range IP without fearing being capped "as long as you have a decent postflop game" 
By calling preflop you are allowing SB to 3bet too easily, nowadays where SB doesn't flat anything and thus 3bet wide and linear you are playing his game too much.
We can have a 4bet range and a calling range, I do not see the problem. We would adapt depending on the particular opponent. I do not see the problem here.
Of course we have both a 4bet range and a calling range. But a 4bet range without enough nuts is quite problematic come on.
And adapting on the pecular opponent is always great but it isn't the point here.
