Yeah usually they find no point in betting most of their Ax here, they don't have 2 streets of value left anyway and getting raised would suck.
As played x/r OTR could be sound, you're blocking AK-AQ and doesn't really have a bluffcatch, but then again it comes from a really weird cbet line. I wonder how much you cbet in that spot in these conditions and how much it can change your whole range on the river.
I agree, 3bet bigger, dont cbet flop. C/R on river doesnt make sense, you wouldnt check a set OTT and you would probably not C/R a flush for value. The only hands you really represent are AA and KK maybe
Edit: your cbet size is too small for that board too, i think you'd want to bet your whole range the same way on boards
Edit: that said i'd bluffcatch a lot with Ax because you really only rep kings then
