PokerStars $0.44+$0.06 - NLHE Tournament (STT, 9-man) - 75/150 Blinds - 7 players

MP: 1760 (12 bb)
MP+1: 1140 (8 bb), (25) VP:53 PFR:0 AF:0.7 3B:0 AS:0 FS:0 CB:0 FC:0 WS:25 W$:100
HJ: 1950 (13 bb)
CO: 2155 (14 bb), (25) VP:24 PFR:16 AF:4.0 3B:0 AS:50 FS:100 CB:50 FC:0 WS:66 W$:50
BTN: 945 (6 bb)
SB: 2865 (19 bb)
Hero (BB): 2685 (18 bb)

Preflop: (225) Hero is BB with 9 :spade: 9 :diamond:
1 fold, MP+1 calls 150, 1 fold, CO raises to 450, 2 folds, Hero ???

One calling station limped with 7bb remaining stack, then an aggro player (a known crusher named zemachess as i later found out) raised to x3. I cover them both in BB and i have 99. I would shove this against the limper for sure but against the reg i was suspicious. I was thinking that i can not fold nor call with that hand, so i shoved. Against a frequent limper and an aggro i felt i had good fold equity. I mostly ignored the aggro's raise and focused on first player, then it was a chart rebound all-in for me.

It turned out the crusher had AJo and i was surprised that he still called my shove with that, the station had JJ.

I played that OK?

Well played. You really should have only shoving range here. AJ call is probably close with great pot odds villain gets at that point but might be bit optimistic.

Seems fine to shove here. Only if you have reads the limper is trapping often like this and the raiser is a nit I would consider folding here, but that's not the case here and is going broke here fine for sure.

Cheers,
