Not sure if I've been putting myself in bad spots.
MP looked tagish/nitish (for some reason PT4 called him UTG+1, but it was MP2 in reality)

$0.05 NL - Holdem - 7 players

BTN: 102 BB (VPIP: 27.39, PFR: 19.52, 3Bet Preflop: 3.23, Hands: 551)
SB: 144.2 BB (VPIP: 16.09, PFR: 8.05, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 87)
BB: 100 BB (VPIP: 18.18, PFR: 12.12, 3Bet Preflop: 6.67, Hands: 33)
UTG: 97.6 BB (VPIP: 10.00, PFR: 6.11, 3Bet Preflop: 0.00, Hands: 181)
UTG+1: 139 BB (VPIP: 13.46, PFR: 12.50, 3Bet Preflop: 8.11, Hands: 106)
MP: 114.2 BB (VPIP: 21.94, PFR: 10.32, 3Bet Preflop: 1.59, Hands: 156)
Hero (CO): 164.2 BB

SB posts SB 0.4 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 1.4 BB) Hero has Q♦ K♥
Thoughts:

Spoiler

MP had been playing tight. I thought I could steal that pot without much resistance and I'd have position and ok hand to play in HU.
I didn't want to call here and be squeezed by BU or having to play between MP and BU.

fold, UTG+1 raises to 3 BB, fold, Hero raises to 9 BB, fold, fold, BB calls 8 BB, UTG+1 calls 6 BB

Flop: (27.4 BB, 3 players) J♠ 2♣ J♦
Thoughts:

Spoiler

When SB cold calls that 3bet OOP, I put him in AQs+ or QQ-TT. I thought MP himself would have AK or QQ-JJ to not fold on that spot, even in that awkward position.
So, no point in cbetting here, even IP. I'd rather see a free card connecting me somehow to the board.

BB checks, UTG+1 checks, Hero checks

Turn: (27.4 BB, 3 players) 4♣
Thoughts:

Spoiler

It was a small bet, I didn't improve and there was another villain left to act, so fold looked the best option here.

BB checks, UTG+1 bets 10 BB, fold, fold

Spoiler

UTG+1 wins 26.2 BB

Pre is fold or 3bet.
Mwp I don't mind the check OTF.
People will say to bet that flop or fold pre. I would bet too and give up if not improved. They won't float OOP with air.

I would most likely fold this pre-flop against a tight player or he folds a lot on 3bets.
The rest seems standard. I doubt it's to profitable to bluff in to 2 players in a 3bet board on a dry board like this.

Preflop is a fold. This deep KQo plays poorly and if you call you get squeezed and you are fucked (as you said). Therefore, fold and same goes for AJo, even though that might become a call prly. OTF im basically done with my hand, their ranges are pp heavy and broadway heavy and you are not gonna make them fold those. OTT given the board texture and the fact its mw pot, this is pretty big bet (not small as u said) and fold is the only option.
