Early level blind , unfortunately altouth you can keep playing with 30 BB in case you loose (call-fold) , in sit &go with 30 bb you stay grey zone, it means that you have select better your hand otherwise you compromise and you have to push or fold. Blind will increase probably every 6-7 hands!!! in turbo sit mtt

This call is a weak call, you have to analize your EV , fold equity and decide what do to.

So Mp1 it's short stake (30 bb ) and invest 11 bb!!! He pot raised ! so it's big raise means : top pair ( neither trips ) top pair maybe with flash draw , two pair

If you call and UTG1 raise allin to isolate you have to fold or call
So you can decide or raise all-in or call call, so go allin and amen.

Probably you lost this hand and if it's not a tournament , but just normal stt , no turbo , call it can be a weak move, if is it turbo just allin imho.

against flash draw you are 1 to 4 to loose
against full house 1 to 3 to loose vs one player

Pre-flop is a raise to like 150. As played seems it fine to call and I would go broke on the turn for value and protection against the draws he could have and the river could hurt your action as well.
