Hi!
During my 1 hour session today I came across this interesting hand that I would like to discuss with you:

Hero checks, BTN bets $7.66 (all-in), Hero calls $4.88 (all-in)
Total pot: $12.44 (Rake: $0.52)
Spoiler
Showdown:
BU shows T♣ Q♣ (two pair, Queens and Tens)
(Equity - Pre-Flop: 47%, Flop: 71%, Turn: 82%, River: 0%)
BB (Hero) shows 7♣ K♠ (a straight, Nine to King)
(Equity - Pre-Flop: 53%, Flop: 29%, Turn: 18%, River: 100%)
BB (Hero) wins $11.92
So, this is my thought process so far:
Pre-flop: Players during this session are raising around 20% of their hands quite evenly across all positions, here I put him on top 30% range so I am quite confident of my BB defend pre-flop.
Flop: I read the bet from BU as standard C-bet, not really restricting his range. I raise for value for my OESD. Against the entire range I have 27% equity and I show at least 40% equity on at least 20% turns that I can bet again. After he calls, I think it is realistic to assume that he has AA, KK, QQ, JJ, TT, AK, AQ, AJ, A9, KQ, KJ, KT, K9, Q9, J9, t9, 99, 98s, K8s, QJ, QT, JT. I represent Q+undercard, all straight draws, flush draws (mainly with undercards), combos.
I calculate the EV of this raise as = 16/30 (he folds) * 0.4$ + 14/30 * (0.23(win with range he continues with)*0.81$ - 0.77*0.57$) = 0.095$
EV of a simple call = 0.3*0.41$-0.7*0.16$ = 0.011$
What do you think of my sizing and range estimation?
Turn: After his call, I am confident that he has something, but seeing another heart I decide to fire another shot. Against the entire range above, I have equity 13%. I expect him to fold a some better hands than I have and keep: AA, KK, QQ, JJ, TT, AK, AQ, AJh, Ah9x, KQ, KhJh, K9, Q9, Jh9h, tx9h, 9h9x, 98s, K8h, QJ, QT, JT to get value if I hit my draw.
I calculate the EV of this bet as = 5/14 (fold) * 1.38$ + 9/14*(0.125*2.03$ - 0.875*0.65$) = 0.29$
Again, what do you think of my sizing and estimation of what he folds. Do you think that it would be better to check and call with better odds of him paying me off on river if I hit my draw?
River: I check since I don't think he will call with worse and he almost never folds better. Now, his all in makes me quite confused. Does he have a flush? I don't believe him, but I call. Now, I can see the following hands have a completed flush or beat me: AK, AhJh, Ah9h, KhJh, Kh9h, Jh9h, 98h, Kh8h. This is like 20% of his range. My pot odds are some 40%, so given my calculation this is profitable, but what about his all in? What do you think about that one? - I really don't think it makes a lot of sense.
Thanks in advance!
