I don't like the donk OTF.
I would have check-raised OTF, prolly get reraised, and be happy to get the money in right there. Massive cooler imo

Edit:
I thought we had a set OTF and a straightdraw... misread, my bad.

Check-call would be my line OTF.

Hi Modquito,

We usually copy the hand from our tracking software and convert it to a forum friendly format. That way we don't have to click links and all of the action are easily visible for us. You can check some other hands to see how those were posted. For me it is okay to check the hands in Boom Player but I must say that it is not as convenient :)

Regarding the hand,
I'm not sure if I like the way you started the postflop with a donk. I'm not sure about the second barrel either. When villain called your donk he probably has something, maybe. If you don't have much fold equity OTT the bet might not be that good, especially when the board paired. Now you could be behind even if you hit your straight.

I didn't do any math but I don't think we want to get it in OTF with OESD.

I don't like donking here but then again it's the type of spot where you don't have a range disadvantage and can easily balance this type of draw with all the nuts so why not. Would be simpler to just check/call and bother with only a checking range to start with though.
And no we don't want to jam in OTF. Please don't make la55i compute today :P

Preflop: I would probably 3-bet or fold here, depending on the villain.
Flop: Donking is fine if you think you have fold equity, check/call is also OK
Turn: I would not bet again.
River I would probably overbet here (130 - 150% of the pot) in order to induce a shove. Can't do much, I am never folding a boat there.

And no, definitely don't get it all-in on the flop :f_biggrin:. Maybe we have enough fold equity for a check-raise, but fold your OESD to a re-raise.

I'm an idiot. I thought we had a set on the flop AND a gutshot. I'm not getting it in with just a draw, no way. Check/call would be my line OTF.
