OTF weird donk, maybe fastplayed draw, even OP and sets which he wants to protect on drawy flop.
OTT potbet, I decide to call one more street and fold on continued agression otr.
What do you think ? Is an option stackoff ott or fold ott? Maybe raise otf?

Pre-Flop: ($0.03) Hero is BTN with Q Q
1 fold, MP raises to $0.04, 1 fold, Hero 3-bets to $0.18, 2 players fold, MP calls $0.14

Calling flop seems fine, but after his pot size bet on turn I would go for it with a shove.
Otherwise you need to call most rivers with only $1,08 chips effective behind.

You 3bet pre and he donks OTF... I don't really know how ranges should work in this spots. Are we supposed to have a donking range in 3bet pots? There are guys that donk the BB in big pots, but those are just fish.
Why not raise OTF? You have position, were the agressor pre and a strong hand. A jack is calling once at least I think. If he 3bets... fold I guess.
The turn call is awful imo. You commit yourself to the river street. He's strong. We won't check the river often here after that turn PSB. Shove or fold. I know we have a strong hand but I don't mind folding this against 2 donks, one of them a PSB, in a 3bet pot at NL2.

It's interesting on some spots such as a low/medium connected rainbow textures MP vs CO for example, but clearly not so much on this one, here it's probably just fishy NL2 wild style lol.

Fold or shove the turn. Against an NL2 random player hard to tell what's best.
