Well you obviously want to raise small with AA with 14bb practically always. No idea why you would not cbet this flop and happily call shove... Though I would cbet bit smaller to give more space for villain to shove and assume fold equity.

do you play it the same if we where 100BB deep? or 50BB? maybe I confuse this.

AA is a standard Cbet. You could also shove pre with only 13,9bb left with big antes.
This hand I would Cbet as well for protection and value.
Turn card is meh, but I don't think you can play it differently against most likely 2 weaker players.

Cheers,

Yeah its definitely cbet on that flop versus anyone no matter of stack depth. There is just huuuuuge amount of weaker hands you will get value from. If you start checking you will just give those hands equity realization for free. Its not that likely you are behind when 97 is only very likely two pair combo in villain range. With deeper stacks sets are also possible but even so there are very few combos that have you beat compared to all 9x, 7x, 8T, 8J, JT, 86, flush draws, pocket pairs like 88, TT, sometimes even A high or some random QJ (versus fish) can get sticky.

Turn is not greatest but usually I would continue betting with deeper stacks also because there are still lot of weaker hands that can give action. If facing turn raise you can have nasty decision but it wont make turn bet bad.

If flop is more coordinated e.g. 987 or 976 and such then flop check can make sense especially versus aggro or good regs that can put you into very nasty situations. But even on those flops we definitely want to bet versus more passive looking opponents. But difference on these sort of boards is that BB range can have way more two pairs and also straights now. So because it favors opponent range we should be cbetting way less and also for balancing reasons mixing some of stronger hands there make sense. Quite common thing in ABC player style in these flops is that he wont check much of stronger hands and then BB can often bet turn and river with big profit.

In QQ hand we are deeper pre but with all that action SPR on flop is pretty similar. But in UTG range there really should not be two pair type of hands most of time. Seems well played to me.
