I'd have probably cbet half pot but checking sometimes can't be bad.

I'd cbet flop most of the times. However, it is a 3bet pot, so we should check OOP more often than in regular pots.
PSB OTF then a pussy bet OTT... It could be nothing, but often it is a monster.
No point in betting the river, you beat his stupid bluffs.
Overall, this is ok to me.
