he doesn't isolate himself against you, he is isolating you when he raises you with a better hand. I would have checked, let button bet and if utg folds, raise, otherwise call. It is almost certain that villain has the best hand on the flop and maybe even a set with redraws against your straightdraw.
The riverbet is wasted, there is no better hand he would fold to a 2c on the river. He "might" fold AJ, AK, KJ (splitpot) but i somehow doubt it.
I would have c/f the river.

you shouldn't always eliminate someone, especially not when you are likely behind as in this example. I doubt that you could win this hand without improving and won't make button fold a better hand.

Ok. But what is if the preflop-agressor is sitting in late position. Is then a c/r as semibluff a possible line?

i would c/r if the early position player folds. It looks like a value c/r and you have outs and could make A high fold.
If early player calls than the pot is too big and you are unlikely to win the pot right away and probably not on the turn either.
