I would try it as long as the BB is not a maniac that will push over your raise very often, you have a decent stack so raise/folding doesn't cripple you. Ace from late position is good enough for a steal.

as long as i dont have reads on my opponents that they resteal alot i would try to steal with a 3k raise.
