selling tournement dollars since is through pokerstars, no one can be cheated. Too lazy to look up the rule, but I believe it says something along the line of where someone could end up with a monetary loss or something

Yeah, it's not the same as board rules apply.
Buying/selling T$ is instant action and it needs "confirmation" from both parties.

On the other hand if someone writes on forum "please give me 50$ on Titan and I'll give you 50$ on Mansion" you never know if either of them will really send this money so someone could end with "monetary loss".
