that guy i had pair aces and he had pait of ten we go all in evry thing was perfect

Get the thought of getting your money back out of your head. Once you lose it its not your money. Just play normally.
Exactly. I know it's not easy dealing with such situations, but don't think "I come from $50, and I need to get back to that amount". This is the wrong train of thought, setting financial goals for yourself usually results in stress and more failure. Instead, try this mindset: "I have x dollars, what is the best strategy to make profit with them?" The money you lost isn't yours anymore, the only way you can earn it back is by playing solid poker. If people call your aces with TT, they can't keep sucking out, you'll be entering the pot with the best hand and usually scooping the pot. However, if you play with the mindset that urges you to make up for lost money, you won't get far, from my personal experience.

There are a few things that will help you...
1) FOLLOW BRM
2) Watch Videos, attend coachings, ask questions, REVIEW YOUR PLAYS
3) Post hands that you are not sure if they are played correctly
