PF do you 4bet here?
OTF standard
OTT unlikely either of them has K so getting value from lower PPs and FDs
OTR I think I am up against set of Q so snap fold.

UTG: $2.50 (125 bb)
MP: $2.09 (105 bb)
CO (Hero): $2.58 (129 bb)
BU: $2.05 (103 bb)
SB: $2.19 (110 bb)
BB: $2.25 (113 bb)

Pre-Flop: ($0.03) Hero is CO with J J
2 players fold, Hero raises to $0.06, BTN calls $0.06, SB 3-bets to $0.26, 1 fold, Hero calls $0.20, BTN calls $0.20

Flop: ($0.80) 4 K 7 (3 players)
SB checks, Hero checks, BTN checks

Turn: ($0.80) K (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.39, BU folds, SB calls $0.39

River: ($1.58) Q (2 players)
SB bets $1.54 (all-in), CO (Hero) folds

I basically never 4bet JJ pre. In this spot JJ is a good call don't level yourself.
Be careful to not begin 4bet/jamming so light only because villain 3bet a lot pre, it's not the sound adaptation to it at all, and villain can very well 3bet a lot without having anything else than KK+ in his 5betting range.

As played villain screams QQ or Ksxs (or maybe even AsAx sometimes) so it's a fold OTR indeed.

I don't like the turn bet here, would just check and try to bet small OTR to get value from lesser PP that 3-bet as a bluff.
