Since some time I have been using the M ratio to evaluate my current position in a MTT or MTSnG. The M-ratio is the ratio between your current stack and the current blinds + antes. For more information, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M-ratio.
The M-ratio is unbelievable easily to use. Apart from one thing: calculating it. That's why I made the M Calculator. Just fill in your current stack, the blinds + antes, press calculate and violá! Your current M-ratio is no longer a mystery!
