I think I would also just call the flop. If he has AK, you would get him broke but if he made just c-bet, then I want him to get change to hit something.

On the turn I would raise him. He seems to have something and generally only KK or QQ beats you (which is less likely since you have KQ). I want to get some more value.

As played, raise him more on the river. He is either folding or calling anyway.

Because flop is so dry, and he likely has there 2-4 outs, if he is behind, then I´d also call turn and shove on that river for value.
He woudl call with any Kx , sometimes with Qx.
