I'm not a tournament player but I would fold pre-flop. KJs is not super awesome and with just 37bbs I wouldn't want to pay that much pre 
Playing it multiway in a sandwich between SB and BTN, or facing a 4bet shove from BTN, wouldn't be fun.
The info of the hand isn't enough to give good feedback, but in most cases I would fold after a 3bet with KJs.
