I just play c/c on the turn. A lot of draws and good made hands will raise here.
and worse hands will fold. So you get the bonus of bluff induce with c/c.

The River play is close:

Its either c/c

or

B/f

But i think i woud prefer b/f because your opponent is realy passive. He will check behind a lot of hands you will beat.

yup c/c turn and b/c river :)

Many worse hand will play c/b if you check the river,
and better hands will 3-bet you.

Yes. C/C turn and B/C river is the superior play here! A turn raise is a disgusting move we dont't want to see and to which we don't want to fold!
