SB: $2 (100 bb)
BB: $4 (200 bb)
UTG: $2.44 (122 bb)
Hero (MP): $2.73 (136.5 bb)
CO: $7 (350 bb)
BTN: $1.93 (96.5 bb)

Preflop: Hero is MP with 9♠: A♠:
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.06, 2 folds, SB calls $0.05, BB folds

Flop: ($0.14) A♣: 3♠: J♠: (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.09, SB raises to $0.29, Hero calls $0.20

Turn: ($0.72) 7♣: (2 players)
SB bets $0.42, Hero calls $0.42

River: ($1.56) 5♣: (2 players)
SB bets $1.23 and is all-in, Hero folds

Flop: I think it's clear call. His most likely holding is 33, some JJ would raise, and some could call preflop, but he also can have worse FDs or even Ax.
Turn: I think I should fold here. My reason for calling was his smaller bet size, it's just about 1/2 pot. He still can have worse FD, and I think if he misses he could give up on river, if he hits he will pay me off, and even set will probably pay off on this limit.
River: Clear fold.

Your thoughts please...

OTF it can make a good check back, especially at higher stakes where people like to overbet bluff when the flush hit and you have checked, but it's NL2 so let's value simply.
Call OTT and fold OTR, nothing much else to do.

It's also interesting to know if you have any information of the villain of the hand, but tha call on the turn isn't to bad with top pair and the nut flush draw as back up and is folding river fine.

I have nothing else to add.
Considering the limit I think this was well played.
