Questions:
1: Is there any chance this kind of player does it with some combo draw? Like QJ of spades or KJ of diamonds?
2: Turn pot is 35.5 BB. If he bets something like 27-30 BB do we call or fold?
3: Does this kind of villain ever raise 4x on this flop on this type of limit with a draw?

1. Everything is possible at the micros. I've seen basically all kind of things. However, the price you have to pay in this specific situation is too high to see if he's just being stupid.

2. Good question. Raising flop and bet pot OTT doesn't necessarily means he has you beat, but you hold the A♠:, so you're blocking lots of hands he could be bluffing with. I'd probably fold as well.

3. It's possible. Can't know this for sure as it depends on the player. Re-raising flop is asking for trouble most of the times imo.

Conclusion: calling flop and folding turn won't be the reason you will be stuck at NL2.

These spots are underbluff as hell. They have it or they have a combo draw (that makes for so few combos in their range). So easy fold.
And yeah he can raise the flop with a draw of course.

Probably opponent has a combodraw and turn can be an easy fold, two pair, str8 , set.
