Hello,

I recently registered my account (HastrUbal) and succesfully answered the quiz. Afterwards i sent a picture of my identity card to verify my identy, as i were told. But two days later i noticed that my account were disabled without any reply and now it is deleted ?!?
So i wrote a support ticket and didnt receive any answere after 2 days ...

What can I do ? I mean I already sent a copy of my identity card to pokerstrategy :(.
Please help, i realy wanted to start my poker carrer with this starting capital :tongue:
