Like a few other people I have seen on these forums I sent money to Douglas Zare for the ICM explorer program over a week ago and have not heard or received anything.

Does anybody know how I can either get the link to the paid program or get my money back?

It is really very old software. So there is no surprise that no one answer u. Try SimpleNash. It is free solver with great functionality.
