Thoughts and questions:

Spoiler

Would you have just called the 3 bet here? I wonder if are some of those KK vs AA avoidable?
I don't see myself 4betting here to fold to a 5bet/shove

Flop: (206 BB, 2 players) T♥ Q♠ T♣

Turn: (206 BB, 2 players) 2♦

River: (206 BB, 2 players) 9♠

Spoiler

Hero shows K♣ K♠ (Two Pair, Kings and Tens)
(Pre 17%, Flop 10%, Turn 5%)
BB shows A♣ A♠ (Two Pair, Aces and Tens)
(Pre 83%, Flop 90%, Turn 95%)
BB wins 194 BB

I think you played it fine here. This is a cooler for me and you can't make a normal 4bet sizing when the 3bet is already 18% of your starting stack.

Yeah thats the easy answer and I was about to write the same thing, but now I rethinked it. I don't think that this guy is able to squeeze light in this situation, and we have more than 5k hands on him he also likely has on us. He knows that hero is reg and I dont play FR, but opening range from this position must be realy strong. The most optimistic range here is QQ+ AK and I realy doubt that this is his range, it might be KK+, or even only AA. But even with the optimistic range he doesnt have many AK we block a lot of them and when we shove he is folding AK and QQ for sure and will call KK+. There are 6 QQ and 8 AK for 14 total and 7 KK+ hands, so 14 times we will take 27BB and 7 times we'll lose about 50BB, so its about neutral, but only for the optimistic range. So the easy answer is not easy and not that great it's likely -EV. Call is not great either, we have no idea what to do on the flop, so you actualy can fold PF and thats the best for me. Even if it's mistake it will be a small mistake. By playing the hand you can make a big mistake.

With 100bb efective there's nothing to think about here. It's shove. Fold is not an option, calling a 18bb 3bet is non-sense.

For 5.3k Hands, you must have a read/note on villian. If you dont, please put one now for his bet sizing/Squeezing etc.
