Very weird spot. What the hell is he check-raising that river with? TP?
If I decide to cbet flop, I'm barreling turn again on basically any card. Board is dry, PP like to call once or even twice. Then you can check back river (or bet if you improve or he looks fishy) or just fold if they donk because it's usually a very strong line.
As played, I'm very tempted to call that river raise (despite the fact this is NL10 the nitland). It looks very suspicious to me and the price is not that bad, you're getting almost 4-1 odds.

I think you played it fine. It's weird he's check/raising the ruver after your check on the turn. The change you would check again is decent, but I don't think he will do this as bluff often and is folding fine for sure.

Bet the turn yourself i would say. The hand plays easier if you fire the turn - for value from all his Jx (not KJ obviously), 9T/8x. Checking behind river unless A or J hits
