Preflop: Hero is Button with A, 2.
1 fold, Hero raises, 1 fold, BB 3-bets, Hero calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) 2, 3, 8 (2 players)
BB bets, Hero calls.

Turn: (4.25 BB) K (2 players)
BB bets, Hero raises, BB calls.

River: (8.25 BB) 8 (2 players)
BB bets, Hero folds.

Final Pot: 9.25 BB

I tried to raise the turn for a free showdown. As he called and bet the river i was sure to be beaten so i folded.

Was the turn raise correct?

UTG is very LAG maybe maniac
PokerStars 0.50/1.00 Hold'em (5 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: FlopTurnRiver)

Preflop: Hero is BB with A, 6.
UTG raises, MP calls, 2 folds, Hero calls.

Flop: (6.50 SB) 4, 7, 2 (3 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets, MP folds, Hero calls.

Turn: (4.25 BB) 4 (2 players)
Hero checks, UTG bets $0.9 (All-In), Hero calls.

River: (6.05 BB) K (2 players, 1 all-in)

Final Pot: 6.05 BB

UTG was shortstacked and went all in on the turn. I was quite sure to have some chance of winning with Ace High here...

1) i think it is close. The question would be will he fold a small or medium pocket pair against your raise on the turn. And i guess the answer is: not very often.
Plus every A high hand will often fold here. I would prefer a calldown in this case although the raise for a free SD is not completly wrong.
