Trio 4 vs x-raise turn

I think OTT it could go either way call or raise jam are both fine, this to me looks like villain might have picked up a flush draw or combo draw on the turn, his stats look pretty fishy maybe even some weird two pair. I would note what he showed up with at showdown and how he played the whole hand....

Flop cbet is on the big side. However, that's ok because they call too much.

You have 76.5bb OTT left, so a jam here is a very strong move. I'd expect to see here 88 or 99 when you jam and he calls. KK not really due to the preflop action. Population really doesn't check-raise bluff enough that's for sure. Calling should be fine, don't forget you have position for the river.

River you improve to a full. 99 are less likely. I can't fold here and I think nodoby can. His bet is good and coeherent with his turn check-raise. I see him doing this with 88, K9 and 9x (98 beats you) or a stone cold bluff (which I seriously doubt).
He has 106.5bb left OTR, you have 76.5 and pot is 92bb after his bet. I think that if you shove (pot goes to 168.5) he has to call 35bb.
That said, I'd shove OTR.
