Just an idea which I think is not so complicated to be added:
Let's add one table so we can add stats on opponents similarly they're added in Elephant converter. Something like:
You convert hand, then there'll be question whether you want to add stats and if click "yes", you'll get empty table with involved players and you choose stats you want to add from roll-down menu and manually type the numbers.
I'm not sure if that makes sense, but can't explain it better atm..
