If you already know he's going to raise that flop cbet, just check/call re-evaluate turn. You have two overs, a backdoor flushdraw and a gutshot , it is a decent hand even more with the betting lead.
As played it is ok too.

Another option is a little bit nitty is to just call pre-flop and play multi way post-flop and give up if you don't hit. It's always tough to play a 3bet pot against an aggressive player OOP if you don't hit the board.
