$1 KO ATs river call

I think betting both flop and turn is OK, since the board is wet and also can get value from worse Tx. River call, since flushdraw missed and we're getting good odds?

Odds are indeed good on the river, but I don't think a loose passive player will change his hand in to a bluff and that's why I would make a fold or you have reads he can do it.
